Having qualified as midwife in Casablanca, Amina had great desire in improving patient care. She studied for a Master at the Faculté d’Ingénierie de Santé, Lille (France) and obtained master’s in management in Healthcare.
She then worked as Hospital Quality Consultant in France, mainly in implementing the Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS) certification.
Back in Morocco, she worked as Quality lead in Agrifood sector and then for 5 years as Lead for the Quality service at Cheikh Khalifa Hospital, Casablanca. She particularly led on setting up and developing the Quality service at the Hospital.
Amina has had always aimed to contribute in improving patient care in Morocco. A patient centred approach dominates her way of work.
